When you hear “belly after baby”, it’s easy to think about getting six packs (or getting back the six packs), because those are the messages we’re constantly bombarded with online. I’m not talking about appearance on your stomach (although this can be a nice bonus), but we are talking about FUNCTION. Restoring basic awareness after pregnancy is a huge piece of the recovery puzzle, and I’m excited that Daisy is here to share her insights on one of my favorite fitness topics.

Daisy Andrea Bravo is the founder of Strong Moms Fitness. It has been dedicated for more than 15 years to help women achieve their health and fitness goals. It has helped many women prepare safely for childbirth, after pregnancy, it helps to rehabilitate and return women to the sports and activities they love. Her approach to health and fitness includes butt kicking exercises, education, motivation and body image. She is a certified specialist before and after birth, a massage therapist specializing in sports therapy, therapy before and after birth and rehabilitation after injuries.
