To keep your fitness routine fresh, we launch a new workout at home every Monday to start your week strong. Each month will include treatments from a different amazing coach that we adore. Now, let’s move on with our spotlight coach: Jessica Aronoff.

Earlier this month, I shared a low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout using a mini trampoline. Now I have created a workout that is just as gentle on your joints, but does not require any equipment (except, perhaps, a yoga mat). Introducing your new favorite low-impact cardio sculpture workout to do at home.

The goal of this 10-minute routine is to get stronger and increase your heart rate at the same time. So you basically get the best of both worlds – cardio mixed with strength – it’s all done in a quick workout.

This routine includes movements focused on strength and balance, with cardio pressure! As you go through your workout, I encourage you to focus on your breathing to really help you get the most out of 10 minutes. Also, one of my tricks that will help you engage your core is to exhale purposefully – almost as if you’re blowing the wind away from you.

I suggest doing this type of fast cardio workout 3 to 5 times a week to get a quick boost of energy, increase your heart rate and help your body feel amazing. This is a particularly nice wake-up call if you have been sitting for an extended period of time.

Your 4-week challenge: This month I will share four different movement procedures that you can do from home. Some will be more focused on cardio, while others will emphasize more strength and sculpture. I encourage you to do these procedures as part of your weekly workout schedule as often as possible, but strive at least two to three times a week.
