As Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce plays out for all to see, a lot of people have opinions about the situation, including 58-year-old comedian DL Hughley.
While the two superstars have been battling their divorce and both declared single, Kanye has made several social media posts geared towards Kim’s relationship with Pete Davidson, shared private text messages, and other allegations about multiple people.
While speaking with Vlad on Vlad TV, Hughley gave his opinion about Kanye’s behavior. He stated, “I think I’ve watched too many times when things like that happen and a woman or somebody is not believed, and things escalate.” The comedian continued to say, “He’s stalking her. You can think it’s cute. If it was my daughter, I’d do something about it. ” He also added, “I don’t think it’s funny. I don’t think you can write a beat so good that you could do these things. “
Hughley also stated, “The difference between Kanye and a restraining order is about 20 hits and a couple of hundred million dollars. I just don’t think it’s funny. Kanye would get no py if he didn’t write no hits. He counts on this mystique. ”
Hughley also added, “If you’re threatening the dude that’s f *** ing your woman, all he gon ‘do is f ** k her harder.”
As previously reported, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Steve Cochran officially declared Kim single earlier this week. Most recently, Kanye asked a judge not to allow his social media posts to be included at the hearing.
“Kanye just filed legal docs… trying to make his social media posts attacking Kim, Pete and others inadmissible in next week’s hearing. As we reported, a judge will decide next week whether to restore Kim’s single status. ”
His lawyer stated, “Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterizes the posts in her declaration as misinformation… Kim needed to offer social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye.”
