Virginia Juffre filed a new lawsuit against Prince Andrew.
On Monday, August 9, the 38-year-old woman filed a lawsuit against the 61-year-old British royal in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, in which she seeks compensation for beatings and intentional infliction of emotional stress.
According to the documents received from E! News, she accused the Duke of York of sexually abusing her in three separate cases, claiming he knew she had been trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and his associate, Gislane Maxwell, who in December 2021 was recently convicted of conspiracy to induce minors to travel for illegal sexual acts, conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, transportation of a minor with intent to commit of criminal sexual activity, conspiracy to commit sexual trafficking in minors and sexual trafficking in minors.
The lawsuit also states that Prince Andrew knew she was under the age of 18 during the alleged meetings, which allegedly took place in London, New York and on Epstein’s private island. The Virgin Islands of the United States, as Epstein and Maxwell reveal this information in “communications” between them and the prince. The documents read: “Twenty years ago, Prince Andrew’s wealth, power, position and connections allowed him to abuse a frightened, vulnerable child without anyone protecting her. It is long overdue for him to be held accountable. “
According to documents, the alleged sexual and physical violence of Giuffre’s Prince Andrew caused “significant emotional and psychological stress and harm”.
The lawsuit alleges that Juffrey was “forced” to have sex with the prince because she “feared death or physical injury” if she did not obey Prince Andrew, Epstein or Maxwell.
