Roommates, Pooh Shiesti, has been behind bars for almost six months and he pleads not guilty to an alleged shooting that took place last October. According to Rolling Stone, Pooh and his lawyers have changed their minds.

Pooh Schist’s lawyer confirmed to Rolling Stone that the rapper will change his confession from innocent to guilty and plans to enter into a plea agreement in a federal case where he is alleged to have participated in the shooting and robbery of two men. Pooh, whose real name is Lontel Williams, and his accused appeared before a judge to state that they were changing their legal basis.

“We entered into plea negotiations because there was a development in the case, which I think changed the dynamics of the case,” said defense attorney Bradford Cohen.

Pooh and his lawyer are fighting hard to ensure a fair trial for the rapper. As we reported exclusively, his team recently asked the judge to prevent federal prosecutors from using evidence of past alleged crimes that occurred when he was a minor.

According to legal documents obtained from the TSR, the government plans to present a case of an attack that occurred when Pooh Shisti was 14 years old and a robbery case that occurred when he was 11 years old.

Pooh Shisti was arrested in June for his alleged involvement in the shooting and cover-up of two men in October 2020. The incident occurred in Miami, where two gunmen got out of a vehicle parked next to Pooh and began displaying their firearms.

One of the men, Brandon Cooper, 28, was shot in the buttocks and has since been charged and arrested in Florida on suspicion of involvement in a bank fraud scheme.

Pooh’s previous date, set for Monday, October 25, will be changed.

We will keep you posted on this and more, Roomies.
