4 tips for beginners in running

1. Don’t overdo it

The most important thing for beginners in trail running is to move on their own. Don’t go from 0 to 100 right away. Start slowly, feel a run on the trail to adjust your body to run on uneven surfaces.

Instead of embarking on a mountain right away, start on a bumpy path or field. Or get on the chairlift or gondola lift up and drop a few stitches without getting tired.

2. Be patient
